Willow, California Poppy, Ginger, Rosemary, Arnica.  All of these herbs have anti-inflammatory properties. For maximum effectiveness, drink 3-4 cups a day.  Some of these herbs have the same properties of aspirin and/or NSAIDs.  If you have an allergy to either of these medications, please discuss with your physician if appropriate to use.  Flavor Profile: Earthy. Pairs nicely with honey, Vitamin C booster, and green tea if you wish to use caffeine.

How to Prepare:

One moderately heaping teaspoon of herbs per 8 oz of water. Let steep for 8-10 minutes. Anything more than the teaspoon will result in poor taste. Fresh/homegrown herbs are more potent than pre-packaged tea bags.  If the flavor is still too strong, reduce heap. Recommend in using some sort of tea diffuser, a French Press is what I have found most effective in expressing all important ingredients.  If none of these available boil water in saucepan and once boiling, turn off heat and then add appropriate tea servings. Strain and serve.
