Contains: White oak, willow, Burdock Oil, Marshmallow, comfrey root, rosemary, black cohosh root, juniper oil, camphor, cayenne, wintergreen, arnica, olive oil, beeswax.

External use only.  Do not use if pregnant.  Apply small test area first before using. Wash hands immediately after applying due to high level of cayenne. This is an Amish recipe with a twist.  All of these herbs and oils help either reduce inflammation and increase circulation.  The heating effect of the cayenne helps increase circulation and provides relief for joints and the strong cooling effect of the camphor helps reduce inflammation.  Apply as often as you like.  This is denser than your typical topical pain relievers.  Start with a small dose, warm by rubbing in hands, and then applying to area.  Wash hands after application.
